• No noise after 11pm in the building, halls or decks
• Garbage must be placed in the outdoor bins in the back of the building in large garbage bags
• All owners and guests are to take recycled waste off the island
• Stay off the golf course property. Please pay attention to signs indicating the golf course property to avoid trespassing.
